The elsa top is fully hand-embroidered. It features smocking on the  neck and the cuffs, the cuffs are elasticated and the length is cropped for the relaxed fit. it also features hand-embrioderes buttons. The tier skirt is made from 100% pure cotton with tier details along with an elastic waistband for comfort.
